We are independent HR consultants and we are looking for experienced HR professionals to join our growing business. No two days are ever the same and we offer complete variety across the entire HR spectrum.

You may be involved in designing roles and hiring one day and managing a TUPE process the next or supporting clients with their payrolls and onboarding requirements.

We have a wide range of clients from small businesses with a handful of employees to larger organisations with 150 employees. Our job is to provide advice and guidance on best practice HR and help our clients get the best out of their workforce.

We are a lively bunch and you will need bags of energy, tenacity and resilience to be able to manage a busy workload across multiple clients but we offer a working environment with autonomy and the ability to manage your own workload and diary as well as develop your HR knowledge and experience.

Ideally you will have a love of dogs as well as people and will be able to visit client sites as well as have a regular presence in our office near Boston, Lincs (PE20).
