Our team of HR Specialists
Katharine is an experienced Director level consultant with a background in delivering effective HR solutions.
Previously operating at senior leadership level in district councils and being a current Director of a multi-million-pound turnover SME, she has worked on supporting start-ups, high-growth SMEs, organisational structure reviews, reward strategies, job evaluation, senior pay and reward, senior management recruitment and exits and transformational change.
Katharine is highly valued by clients for adopting a practical, commercial approach and adding value through HR. Katharine believes in collaborating with clients to deliver HR strategies for business growth, leadership development and complex employee relations matters.
Rebecca is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years HR Manager experience.
She is also a qualified accountant with a payroll management background. Throughout her career, Rebecca has been involved in all aspects of HR with a passion for employee relations.
Most recently she has supported clients with redundancy programmes, long term sickness cases, disciplinary and grievance investigations and payroll and pensions advice, alongside provision of generalist HR support.
Rebecca is well regarded by clients for her structured, methodical approach to managing people and ensuring business-focused solutions are achieved.
Anna started her HR career by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Lincoln University after completing her first degree at Royal Holloway, London.
She has been fortunate to pepper her HR career in the UK with stints in Canada and Australia where she also worked in business and recruitment.
Anna is a versatile member of the team with particular experience in HR policies, HR projects, payroll processing and advice, recruitment, HR systems and generalist HR advice.
Kathryn started her career with the HR Branch as an apprentice whilst she undertook a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business at Boston College.
Since completing her apprenticeship, she has become a permanent, invaluable member of the team where she supports clients with payroll processing, HR administration and dealing with general enquiries.
Kathryn makes sure the daily administrative operations of the business run smoothly and supports The HR Branch consultants. She is also the technical IT guru for our team and troubleshoots all of the problems we find along the way.
Kate is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working at a senior level across private, public and charity sectors with both SMEs and global corporations.
Particularly skilled in Employee Relations, she has successfully executed a large number of business change programmes working in partnership with senior stakeholders.
Kate brings an ability to simplify, communicate clearly and solve the thorniest of issues and as a small business owner herself, she is well positioned to support clients in a practical proactive way focusing on reaching positive outcomes often in difficult circumstances.
Tanya is a senior, commercially minded HR professional with strong Employee Relations, Talent, L&D and OD experience having led generalist functions internationally within FMCG and Manufacturing environments for over 24 years; including Payroll, Occupational Health and Training teams.
Tanya is approachable and dependable with a positive attitude, commitment and drive using her pragmatic, inquisitive, and open-minded nature to support any business. Tanya enjoys breaking down a problem to resolve and map a way forward using her experience toolkit to find a logical, business friendly way forward.
Tanya is a Fellow CIPD member, gaining her Masters in HR management and constantly continues her professional development to stay up-to-date and offer businesses agile solutions to meet their needs and goals.
Julie is a HR generalist with over 20 years’ experience working in sectors including food manufacturing, logistics and further education, and has been recognised for exceptional service to HR by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Julie is experienced in employee relations and recruitment and has a keen interest in employment legislation.
Julie has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Anglian Ruskin University in Cambridge and is a qualified HR apprenticeship Assessor.
