Katharine is an experienced Director-level consultant with considerable experience delivering value-added HR solutions. She works closely with clients at Board level to develop HR strategies that support organisational development, leadership and management development, transformational change, and complex employee relations matters.
With experience at senior leadership level within district councils and as a Director of a multi-million-pound SME, Katharine also provides practical HR support including organisational reviews, reward strategies, investigations, HR projects, and management training. She is highly valued for her practical, commercial approach and her ability to add real value to organisations through HR. Katharine believes in collaborating with clients to deliver HR strategies for business growth, leadership development and complex employee relations matters.

Rebecca is a highly experienced HR professional with over 15 years’ HR Manager experience across local government and private sector SMEs. She is also a qualified accountant with payroll management experience and has worked across all aspects of HR, with a particular passion for employee relations.
Rebecca has supported clients with redundancy programmes, complex long-term sickness cases, TUPE transfers, disciplinary and grievance investigations, payroll systems advice, and generalist HR support. She is also IOSH qualified and supports small businesses with health & safety compliance and practical H&S approaches.
She is highly regarded by clients for her structured, methodical approach and her focus on delivering practical, business-focused solutions.

Tanya is a senior, commercially minded HR professional with extensive experience leading generalist HR functions internationally within FMCG and manufacturing environments for over 24 years. Her expertise spans Employee Relations, Talent, Learning & Development and Organisational Development, alongside Payroll, Occupational Health and Training teams. She has also operated at executive and HR Director level, supporting accountability, pace and business growth.
A Fellow CIPD member with a Master’s in HR Management, Tanya is approachable and dependable with a positive attitude, commitment and drive. Using her pragmatic, inquisitive and open-minded nature, she enjoys breaking down complex challenges to find logical, business-friendly solutions that support organisational goals and people development.

Anna started her HR career by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Lincoln University after completing her first degree at Royal Holloway, London.
She has been fortunate to pepper her HR career in the UK with stints in Canada and Australia where she also worked in business and recruitment.
Anna is a versatile member of the team with particular experience in HR policies, HR projects, payroll processing and advice, recruitment, HR systems and generalist HR advice.

Julie is an experienced HR generalist with over 20 years’ experience across sectors including food manufacturing, logistics and further education. Recognised for exceptional service to HR by the CIPD, she supports clients across a wide range of people matters including employee relations, recruitment and employment legislation.
Julie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University and is also a qualified HR apprenticeship assessor. She is known for her strong organisational skills, systematic approach and ability to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions.

Becky is a detail-oriented and technically strong HR generalist with over 14 years’ experience supporting and managing HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems across multi-site operations. Proven ability to maintain data accuracy, streamline HR processes, support system implementations and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
Known for reliability, confidentiality and a proactive approach to resolving complex queries. Broad HR experience spanning recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, payroll input, and risk benefit coordination.

Debbie is a HR Generalist with over 20 years HR experience in recruitment, learning & development, employee relations and HRIS implementation within the Financial Services and Retail sectors.
A strong administrator who is dedicated to providing excellent HR support and improving efficiencies for employees and management.
Debbie holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Leeds College and a Certificate in Training Practice from Huddersfield University.

Kathryn is an organised and detail-focused HR and operations professional who has been with The HR Branch since 2021, after starting her career with the business as an apprentice while completing her Level 3 Diploma in Business at Boston College. She also holds a Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice.
Kathryn supports marketing, HR, payroll and operational management across the business, working closely with directors and the wider team to provide proactive administrative, creative and operational support. She leads on proposals, presentations, marketing materials and social media content, while also supporting client enquiries and the wider HR function.
Known within the team as the “technical IT guru”, Kathryn plays a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly.

Kate is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working at a senior level across private, public and charity sectors with both SMEs and global corporations.
Particularly skilled in Employee Relations, she has successfully executed a large number of business change programmes working in partnership with senior stakeholders.
Kate brings an ability to simplify, communicate clearly and solve the thorniest of issues and as a small business owner herself, she is well positioned to support clients in a practical proactive way focusing on reaching positive outcomes often in difficult circumstances.

Simon is a highly experienced Environmental Health Practitioner and Chartered Safety Practitioner with extensive expertise across environmental health, occupational hygiene, health and safety, and training. His experience has been gained through roles in the Royal Air Force, the food manufacturing industry and health and safety consultancy environments.
Simon is a diligent and commercially aware professional who is highly adaptable and skilled at working autonomously, as part of a team, or leading teams. Known for his hands-on and supportive approach, he combines strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset to deliver practical, business-focused solutions that support compliance and organisational objectives.
