At The HR Branch, our business is people, and we want to shine a light on our brilliant team who work hard behind the scenes for our clients. Our star HR administrator, Kathryn joined us as an apprentice in 2020 after studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business at Boston College. From day one, Kathryn has shown her diligence, interest and capability to extend her knowledge in every area.
In December 2021, Kathryn was awarded Business Highly Commended Apprentice from Boston College and she has since gone on to achieve a Distinction for her apprenticeship and we are very proud of her! Kathryn is such an asset to our small team, and we are thrilled that she is joining us on a permanent basis.
Reflecting on the last couple of years, Kathryn said: “Choosing an apprenticeship was one of the best decisions I have made. With the experience, knowledge and confidence that it has given me, I feel ready to take on whatever my career brings next.”
